Our Chess Team participated in the Illinois State Chess Championship in March.
 
From March 8th-10th, 2024 the National Teachers Academy Chess Team competed in the Illinois State Chess Championship in Schaumburg, IL. With nearly 600 players and over 100 schools participating, our NTA 2nd - 3rd Grade Team earned 6th Place in their section, earning their 3rd State Trophy in 3 Years Straight.
 
The NTA Chess Team competes again at the Chicago Chess Foundation Tournament on April 20th at Nobel Elementary School. Wish them luck!
